AL GUERRERO, BARBER

alAl is a second generation groomer, in that his mother was a successful hairdresser in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 35 years. After spending many years already working in other service-related industries (including several in Executive Protection for Kaiser Permanente’s senior leadership team), Al soon realized that growing up in the hair industry had him wanting to make a greater impact somehow to those living in his community. As a husband and father of two young boys, Al knew right away that his calling was to better influence men of all ages as a Barber. After receiving his California State Barber License, Al completed a four month advanced Apprenticeship under Mark-Jason Solofa, and we feel very fortunate to have him in the Parlor. You can see more about Al here on his Instagram page.

NOE CASARES, BARBER

FullSizeRender.jpgNoe Casares comes to the Parlor with over two years of licensed Barbering experience, and has also completed a month long advanced Apprenticeship under Owner, Mark-Jason Solofa. His interest in the Trade began as early as his middle school years, with him doing haircuts on his friends after school in his parents garage, and it was this outlet for creativity that inspired him later in life to pursue it as a professional career. His more gratifying moments as a Barber come from getting to know his clients and helping them in some small way feel better about themselves simply by delivering a good haircut with good service. You can see more about Noe here on his Instagram page.
