Every seat at Mark-Jason Solofa Men's Grooming is reserved by someone who values their time. Our policies exist to protect that — for you and for the barber who has set that time aside entirely for your visit.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you. Our goal is always to honor your time with the same respect we ask you to honor ours.

Appointment Policies

  • Cancellations & Reschedules - We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This allows us to offer your seat to another client on our wait list. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service fee.

  • Late Arrivals — Out of respect for every client on our schedule, we maintain a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling, and the full service fee will apply. If you anticipate being late, please call us — we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

  • No-Shows — A reserved seat held without cancellation notice represents time that cannot be given back. Clients who do not arrive and do not contact us in advance will be charged the full service fee and may be required to prepay future reservations.

  • How to Reserve — All reservations are made through our online booking system. This ensures your seat is secured, confirmed, and protected. We are unable to hold seats by phone or social media message — your reservation is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation.
